Customize Your Moodle Profile:

On the upper left hand side of the course home page under the word People

Click: Participants / Your First name / Edit Profile Tab.

Customize your profile! You control your Moodle Account Information.

Adjust the following:

• Email Address: Set your email to the most convenient account for receiving Moodle Mail.
  • Be aware some school email systems block Moodle generated mail.
• Email Digest Type: We recommend: Complete (daily email with full posts) This sends you one email a day with all course postings. Very convenient!
• Set Forum tracking: We recommend: Yes: highlight new posts for me
• Description: Add a mini biography about who and where you are.
• Picture of: Replace the smiley face with a small personal picture.
  
  • A small picture approximately 100 x 100 pixels is best.(Large images may not display.)
    
  • Browse... takes you to your computer where your picture is stored
  • You are not required to upload a real picture of yourself.
  • Do upload an appropriate sized graphic of some kind.
    • Need a pre-sized picture? Choose a Moodle Icon!
    • Need to re-size a picture? Try Piknic!
