In defining the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Venktash, Morris, Davis and Davis (2003) identified facilitating conditions as a factor positively associated with the use of technology in business situations. In an attempt to more fully understand those conditions in schools, the technology planing committee asks you to complete the following 10-item survey.

This survey is part of exploratory research to ascertain the specific conditions that educators recognize as being important in their technology use. Only responses will be transferred to the files that will be used for analysis; no information that can be used to identify participants will be collected, and only aggregated data will be reported to the committee, the faculty, and school leaders.

You may withdraw from the survey by closing the window or tab. Incomplete responses will be discarded.
